Medline Industries, LP is looking to hire an IT Developer Analyst Assoc to develop and enhance existing or new data models and ETL Processes using various development languages, working collaboratively in a team environment to develop, maintain and support applications used by an internal department or business users, and working with customers to produce technical solutions/requirements that drive value for the business area.
Requirements
- Exposure to SQL and Python.
- Interest in data modeling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, develop, test and deliver data model and ETL process that meets customer requirements.
- Translate functional/business needs into technical requirements.
- Develop test plans, prepare test data, test and document results.
- Create and deliver documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of modified or new data products.
- Support all deployed data models, resolving any issues and improving performance in a timely manner.
- Adhere to and enforce all company standards related to software development including security, performance and resiliency standards.

- 0–2 years of experience in software or data engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- College level courses for software development, computer science, business analysis, software design and testing.
