Aerojet Rocketdyne Coleman Aerospace in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Software Engineering student for an internship role to support the Software Engineering team. At this location, AR Coleman Aerospace produces complex single, two, and three stage launch vehicles that are used to support ballistic missile defense testing.
Requirements
- Knowledge of object-oriented techniques.
- General Knowledge of Software Engineering processes.
- Experience and understanding of real-time embedded systems.
- Working knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, RS-232, RS-422, and Mil-Std-1553.
- Real-time embedded programming experience with VxWorks, Greenhills, or similar RTOS.
- Experience in CMMI 3 or higher work environment.
- Ability to comfortably work under Windows and Linux environments.

Other
- Candidates must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Software Engineering.
- May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level.
