CDK Global is looking to increase incremental revenue by selling their CRM software to existing CDK clients and grow their share of wallet within the existing client base.
Requirements
- Experience using a CRM system
- Experience using CDK CRM or other CDK software
Responsibilities
- Identify CRM opportunities with existing customers
- Develop comprehensive understanding of specific CDK products and their functionality.
- Work with internal teams through the sales and implementation process.
- Gain an understanding of the industry segment and keep abreast of competitor developments in the market and/or territory.
- Focus on consultative relationship with the client by developing an understanding of their unique business needs and working with the Director of Sales to bring forth integrated solutions.
- Escalate customer concerns/issues for a timely and appropriate resolution for the customer and company.
Other
- Reside in one of the following areas: Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA. The territory covers Eastern NC & SC and Southern VA
- Achieves annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of Director of Sales.
- 75% travel in the field with weekly overnight travel expected.
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1-2 years of B2B selling experience
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining client relationships
- Automotive retail experience
- Experience using consultative solution selling to align client’s business needs with a solution
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Ability to manage a sales process and provide customer support based on the needs of the client
- Experience with developing and managing a sales territory
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
