Dorman is looking to improve business efficiency by designing and building technology automations that eliminate manual tasks and streamline business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools.
Requirements
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or other workflow/automation tools.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of data and integration concepts (e.g., JSON, APIs).
- Some experience with Power BI, scripting (VBA, Python), or process mapping is a plus.
- Hands-on project or internship experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Maintain and update existing automations to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Help integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.).
- Document solutions and follow established standards for version control and deployment.
- Work with business users to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Translate user needs into simple functional requirements and help design practical solutions.
- Participate in testing and user validation to ensure automations meet business needs.

- This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite roughly 2 to 3 days per week.
