Fitch Group is seeking an Associate Analyst to improve services, help secure the site, and deliver tailored content and ads for marketing purposes, specifically in the context of credit ratings and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Intellectually curious with financial flair and a keen interest in credit, fixed income and industry analysis
- Strong, clear, and concise communicators, both verbally and written
- Knowledge of financial concepts, including credit, fixed income, and industry analysis
- Familiarity with financial instruments, such as asset-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities
- Understanding of regulatory and market environments
- Experience with data analysis and research
- Familiarity with financial software and tools
Responsibilities
- Evaluating risk
- Participation in rating committees
- Drafting rating affirmations
- Writing research reports
- Gathering and analyzing the latest industry, regulatory, and economic information
- Collaborating with senior analysts on new issuer ratings
- Assigning ratings to new structured finance transactions

- December 2025-June 2026 graduates; with less than 12 months of relevant full-time experience
- Ability to start July 2026
- Students must have work authorization in the U.S
