Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Associate Application Developer to contribute to the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications that enhance client experience and drive business success.
Requirements
- Experience in coding, testing, and debugging applications, following coding standards and best practices
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C-Sharp and .NET
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL and NoSQL
- Understanding of API design and implementation
- Exposure to cloud technologies like Azure or AWS
- Basic knowledge of container technologies like Docker
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
- Contribute to the development of custom applications
- Adhere to MMA technology standards, processes, and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with others to find innovative solutions

Other
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Insurance or Finance Industry related knowledge (preferred)
