Presbyterian is seeking an Associate Configuration Analyst to provide basic configuration and maintenance for production applications, specifically within HRP (HealthRules Payer), to meet payment accuracy needs across all lines of business.

- HRP (HealthRules Payer) or Facets configuration or claims knowledge
- 0-2 years of application specific experience
Responsibilities
- providing basic configuration and maintenance for production applications
- configuring and maintaining production applications
- perform essential technical tasks
- responsible for providing basic configuration, testing/quality review, documentation and maintenance of applications
- Uses basic analytical and problem solving skills as well as an understanding of the business and systems to resolve problems with production applications
- Participates with testing and validation efforts
- Participates in review, impact assessment, testing and modifications for application updates, upgrades and installations
Other
- Associate degree in related technical/business area plus 0-2 years of experience in IT. 3 years additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- All line of business claim processing knowledge.
- Health Plan knowledge
- Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
