Credit Union is looking to support organization business and department objectives through collecting, evaluating and reporting member and sales data
Requirements
- intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- experience with Excel (pivottables, macros, advanced formulas)
Responsibilities
- maintain Arkalytics (DataLake), DNA CRM/BI tool and all data related systems
- research trends, support opportunities and measure program effectiveness
- proactively support outreach programs through any type of list generation and providing ad-hoc analysis
- ensure consistency within the organization in applying a set of projects and process improvement standards
- share knowledge, provide, and serve as resource to project teams and management on tools, methods and best practices
Other
- Bachelor’s degree
- a minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience
- effective mathematical, language, problem solving, reasoning, writing and basic to complex numeric skills
- excellent typing, interpersonal and organizational skills
- on-site presence required, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week
