As a Data Analyst at ReliaQuest, you will be on the front line of building systems and deriving insight that drives RQ and our customers’ businesses forward. You will make a tangible difference in the understanding and practice of cybersecurity, visibility into threats and customer systems, and the fast-paced innovation of RQ.
Requirements
- Experience with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Python, R, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana etc.
- Excellent visual design skills
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Developing data analyses and methodologies that provide visibility and insight into both ReliaQuest and customer operations
- Contributing to innovative projects that include a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic assignments
- Being an expert into ReliaQuest operations and how to effectively measure them
- Providing relevant data-related reports and insights to customers, partners, executives, and ReliaQuest colleagues
- Designing publications that are intuitive to understand and provide targeted information
- Creating systems and tools for effective data management, visualization and interpretation (systems design, dashboards, information graphics, Power BI, etc.)
- Identifying opportunities to drive growth and supporting implementation of continuous improvement processes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration and Management, Business Analytics and Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics or a similar degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with internal and external cross functional teams (technical and business)
- Great attitude, energy and effort
- Graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration and Management, Business Analytics and Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics or a similar degree
- Prior experience working in advanced data analytics, data systems and/or cybersecurity analysis
