Media Source is looking to transform data into actionable insights that inform editorial strategy, audience development, and business decisions by supporting their data generation process and creating data systems/data visualizations.
Requirements
- High levels of expertise with Excel, SharePoint, PowerShell, Power BI, and basic SQL queries
- Experience with PostgreSQL
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using Excel and interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI
- Work with, improve, and troubleshoot SharePoint data collection and system
- Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources
- Create workflows to ensure efficient collection and processing of data across multiple sources/systems
- Support internal workflows with data integration and regular reporting
- Plan and execute data process/workflow projects
- Analyze data and create visualizations to support both operations and editorial
Other
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, process management, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented and precise, values driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Flexible, fully remote work environment
