Humana is looking to solve the problem of effectively reaching the right members with the right messages at the right time through data-driven audience segmentation and targeting strategies for their marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform or similar tools.
- Experience with campaign management tools such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and managing audience segments using tools such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Support the development of processes and manage documentation for audience creation and marketing automation.
- Monitor audience performance and contribute to optimization efforts based on campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics partners to ensure audience strategies align with campaign goals.
- Participate in campaign setup and testing, including data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain and adjust existing campaigns using tools like Adobe Campaign or Unica.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards
Other
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics campaign operations, or audience segmentation
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for improving consumer experiences and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
