Requirements
- Knowledge of EAGLE and ELMS is a plus.
- Experience with EAGLE Database
- Knowledge of ELMS
- WebFlis experience
- Type data into a spreadsheet, document or database
- Compile and sort source (hard copy) data
- Change condition codes in ELMS
Responsibilities
- Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing, status reports/tracking.
- Supports depot service by tracking, checking and entering all depot transactions daily form the EAGLE database into the ELMS database.
- Check and analyze records and data transactions.
- Conduct monthly inventories of equipment and annotate deficiencies
- Data verification and quality control
- Track ship request to the customer
- Create part location in EAGLE
