The Boeing Company (BCA) needs support in managing product requirements, certification, configuration, and data management processes, specifically focusing on maintaining the quality of Red Label Software and Hardware within the Parts Management Database and resolving product/process issues throughout the product life-cycle.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of the Red Label Software and Hardware within the Parts Management Database
- Process and route support requests from Design Engineering (DE), Ground Operations, and general Engineering lab
- Troubleshoot and resolve potential issues arising from improper paperwork or non-adherence to the Red Label Process
- Assess and resolve product/process issues throughout the product life-cycle
- Lead research on technical, operational, and quality issues
- Develop and implement product/process improvements
- Maintain an online database for part information and manage Red Label parts release
Other
- Associate's degree or higher
- 1+ years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to support a 24/7 on-call rotation
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
