Charter Communications is seeking an Associate Dev Ops Engineer intern to support marketing activities, manage preferences, and provide content from third parties, while working on incident response triage, advanced troubleshooting support, and change management processes to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Responsibilities
- You’ll be at the forefront of incident response triage and advanced troubleshooting support, helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.
- You’ll also assist in guiding change management processes that ensure smooth technology rollouts without causing disruptions.
- Your efforts will directly empower nearly forty thousand customer service representatives, enabling them to provide world-class service to thirty-one million customers.
- You’ll be an active member of our operations team, taking direct ownership of meaningful work that influences how customers experience our brand every day.
