Requirements
- Experience with Windows/Linux, VMware, Azure, SAN, and enterprise platforms (e.g., CBORD, Workday).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or related service desk related software
- CCNA, MCSE, PMP
Responsibilities
- Manage client requests and incidents
- Maintain and improve system performance and availability.
- Design and implement server, storage, and network configurations.
- Support disaster recovery planning and documentation.
- Automate tasks using scripts and tools. (Windows Powershell, Linux Shell)
- Ensure security and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting.
Other
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years in system engineering or administration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
