BCBST BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is undergoing a major enabling transformation and needs to support backlog refinement, QA testing, and planning for key interactions with their members online to drive member satisfaction and scale digital capabilities.
Requirements
- 3 years - Working in the field of digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint
Responsibilities
- Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content
- Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy in support of key business and product initiatives
- Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall digital solutions roadmap
- Leading Agile ceremonies and/or collaboration meetings, such as planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives with technology teams
- Coordinating within cross-functional teams to support product, program and outreach optimizations and the delivery of regulatory and contractual assets
- Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered to specification in a timely and cost-effective manner
Other
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business and advance solutions as business priorities evolve
- You’ll also create communications for presenting to prospective candidates and their families, work closely with the communications team to adopt best practices for marketing, and lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
