The specific problem this role is looking to solve is to develop a deep understanding of various LillyUSA, Global, and Consumer and HCP Media focused data sources to create analyses and ensure analytic outputs align with business results.

Requirements

  • Experience with industry standard ad-servers and ad tech solutions (ex., Adobe, DCM, Epsilon, tag management tools, TheTradeDesk, etc)
  • Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
  • Skill at developing organizational training materials with cross-functional partners to drive new analytics product adoption
  • Broad awareness and solid understanding of developing in-house first-party audiences
  • Clear product-led vision, understanding of functional jobs to be done, and ability to translate broad business challenges into tangible platform solutions
  • Experience with data analytics and ability to develop a deep understanding of various data sources
  • Ability to independently query data and summarize key analytics results to quickly answer critical ad hoc business questions

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of Consumer and HCP media strategy, goals, challenges, and critical objectives to ensure analytics results are aligned to the broader strategy
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement analytical solutions that provide data-driven insights, help answer critical questions, and meet business partner decision needs
  • Translate business problems into a clear analytics work plan with appropriate solutions for execution that will significantly create results
  • Articulate analytics value proposition to partners and identify novel analytics use case opportunities
  • Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Business Unit and cross-functional partners
  • Work with data teams in both the US and global to develop a comprehensive understanding for the data BI&A has access to

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing Insights, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Travel Percentage: 10% or less
  • Relocation may be provided if needed
