The Responsible AI Program needs a comprehensive education strategy to support ethical, transparent, and compliant AI practices across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance, or digital ethics
- Understanding of AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD Principles, EU AI Act)
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content platforms
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic training and communications roadmap to support Responsible AI literacy and compliance across business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Communications to ensure alignment and integration of RAI content into enterprise learning platforms
- Develop audience-specific, just-in-time learning materials that are accessible, engaging, and aligned with regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Lead the creation of internal communications campaigns to promote awareness and adoption of Responsible AI practices
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback, metrics, and evolving industry standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on Responsible AI training and communication best practices
- Represent the RAI Program in internal forums and working groups focused on AI risk, compliance, and innovation enablement
Other
- 8+ years of experience in training, communications, or change management, preferably in a regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide training programs
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable content
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a compliance, risk, or governance function
