Requirements
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills; familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) preferred.
- Familiarity with data operations, delivery processes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with data validation, QA, and workflow design.
- Knowledge of best practices in data validation, QA, and workflow design.
- Ability to apply technical expertise to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
- Experience with automation and process improvement.
- Understanding of the data ecosystem for supported products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure all data deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous validation and QA processes.
- Manage and prioritize complex ad-hoc data requests with precision and timeliness.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, account management, product) to clarify requirements and deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Communicate technical findings in clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders.
- Identify patterns in incoming requests to recommend automation and self-service solutions.
- Lead initiatives to scope and implement process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the data ecosystem for supported products and guide team development.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in data-related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership or cross-functional capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Leadership mindset with a focus on team development, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Ability to work in a home-based setting.
