Raytheon is looking to solve the problem of delivering stable, proactive, secure, and supportable operational environments for High-Performance Computing (HPC) within the Classified Infrastructure Services team.
Requirements
- Experience with High-Performance Computing
- Experience Leading teams in professional technology environments
- Experience managing workforce planning and resource management
- Experience in project management
- Experience in financial management, either in financial portfolio or budget, including Annual Operations Planning
- Familiarity with tools such as Ganglia and SLURM and CPU/GPU Architectures
- Experience with Business continuity and Disaster Recovery operations
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management for the High-Performance Computing (HPC) organization
- Technical planning, long-term budget planning, technical debt management, solution catalog inputs, and support daily operations
- Develop and deploy talent and technical capabilities, while strengthening relationships with internal and external peers
- Coordinate with organizations across the enterprise to support the OneRTX roadmaps
- Manage and develop a team of 20 members and set technology direction based on engineering and program needs
- Seek and develop synergies between multiple groups: Classified Networking, Data Center operations, and High-Performance Computing
- Drive standards and proactively innovate solutions in response to evolving security requirements

- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Role typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum 10 years’ experience
- Relocation support may be available to the applicant as needed to move to Tucson, AZ only as business need dictates
- Occasional Business travel may be necessary to our US Domestic Locations beyond the assigned work location of Tucson
