MilliporeSigma is looking to improve its New Product Introduction (NPI) processes across the organization through data integration and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness, and to lead the Chemistry Product Management Operations (PMOps) team in Science and Lab solutions division.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a global team of new product introduction and data governance experts to achieve successful product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing time to market.
  • Define, drive, and facilitate tactics to improve the NPI processes across the business unit, with a focus on data integration and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sets NPI performance targets, measure, review and report out to stakeholders.
  • Drive and support sector level initiatives around new product data introduction and data governance.
  • Secure the fundamental data requirements and processes for the business unit by implementing data governance concepts and rules.
  • Influence related interfaces in favor of the business to enable flow for future scalable growth.
  • Ignite passion, purpose, and direction, ensuring every team member feels empowered to contribute to our collective success.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science or Business field or related degree and 5+ years of experience in the laboratory supplies industry or similar industry.
  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Science or Business field or related degree and 3+ years of experience in the laboratory supplies industry or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • 10% domestic and international travel required to meet business needs.
  • External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
