The partner company is looking to solve the problem of advancing innovative molecular diagnostic programs in the oncology domain by guiding a team of biostatisticians in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in survival analysis, censoring, and other advanced statistical techniques.
- Experience in study design innovation, power calculations, and simulation approaches.
- Familiarity with NGS, ctDNA, and molecular oncology preferred.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics, preferably within oncology.
- Proven track record in mentoring and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of biostatisticians, overseeing their deliverables, growth, and professional development.
- Direct biostatistical contributions to oncology clinical validation projects, ensuring scientific rigor and actionable insights.

- Produce, review, and standardize high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
