Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala, and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.).
- Proven track record in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods to solve business problems.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and generative AI projects.
- Experience with data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts.
- Define and execute the data science strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning and AI models for business applications.
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to drive impact.
- Provide technical leadership on statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI projects (as applicable).
- Establish best practices for model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure.

- 10+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Ability to present insights, models, and results to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to stay current with emerging data science technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.
