Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a strategic AI Knowledge & Literacy Lead to manage the enterprise-wide flow of AI insights, ensuring curated, contextualized, and accessible AI knowledge to drive confident adoption and informed decision-making across the organization.

- Source, curate and distribute AI insights through newsletters, summaries, and pathways to ensure broad access across teams.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework that promotes cross-functional collaboration and prevents siloed information.
- Build a shared language around AI concepts and explain them in different formats and to different audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted content to address them.
- Continuously improve knowledge dissemination methods using digital tools and innovative formats.

- This position has a primary location of Titusville, NJ but is also open to Springhouse, PA; Boston, MA; and Barcelona, Spain.
- This position will require up to 25% travel.
