Requirements
- Demonstrated success in deploying advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data visualization with pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D
- Expertise in data science, with proven experience transforming quality processes through technology
- Advanced degree in Data Science or 8-10 years of experience in data science or engineering within a regulated environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management principles to drive focus on impactful activities
- Experience with analytics architecture, AI integration, and digital transformation
- Experience with data management within electronic quality management systems
- Experience with AI and data management
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design, development and implementation of analytic tools and data science initiatives in alignment with R&D QA strategic priorities
- Develop and deploy advanced analytic and AI-powered solutions to enable proactive risk management and continuous improvement
- Sponsor technical projects, providing expert guidance on analytics architecture, AI integration, and digital transformation
- Review and approve technical documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Develop, deliver, and continuously update training programs to drive system and analytics adoption among end users and stakeholders
- Partner with business units to drive and maximize effective use of advanced analytic systems, focusing on analytical and AI-driven enhancements
- Lead and prioritize remediation of technical and process-related issues, leveraging analytic methodologies to identify and resolve root causes
