Kyndryl is looking to strategically direct, implement, and manage its Workday solutions to align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Security
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT or HR technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing Workday implementations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale Workday projects, including HCM, and other modules.
- Deep expertise in Workday solutions and architecture.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Workday Pro certification or Implementation certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Workday solutions at Kyndryl.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage the Workday portfolio, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure the Workday platform is stable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and governance for Workday usage across the organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Workday initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
