Moog's Corporate Group and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) are undergoing an ERP transformation, moving from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA. The Associate ERP Process Analyst - Global Trade Compliance will be a key member of the Trade Compliance Team, assisting in gathering business requirements, liaising with SMEs, and developing an integrated, scalable solution for this multi-year project.

Responsibilities
- Develop Moog’s A&D SAP Blueprint document & communicate to Group and Site Leadership
- Design & document A&D “To Be” standardized process that can scale from small sites to large sites
- Communicate and document functional requirements to the technical team
- Assist in developing and executing training materials and plans for deployments
- Assess existing processes and potential pain points, define our ‘to-be’ processes, and communicate the requirements to the SAP development team and process stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Identifying current-state baselines and target performance metrics for the future state
- Serve as intermediaries between the SAP technical team and business sectors to align business requirements with IT capabilities
Other
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience, with at least 2 years’ Operations and /or Trade Compliance experience within the manufacturing industry (ideally in aerospace and/or defense)
- Ability to explain organizational objectives to others
- Effective change management skills
- The ability to effectively coordinate across operating groups, covering more than 20 different sites, with different operating models
- Cross cultural awareness to support a project that will touch multiple sites around the globe
- Understanding of the key operational metrics and pain points of the business
- Skilled people developer and effective communicator to all levels of the company
- Strong execution capability
- Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite; relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity
- Occasional global travel may be required (less than 10%)
