Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC) Stop Loss division needs to develop, modify, and maintain complex information systems to support its business processes in providing medical stop loss insurance to employers.

Responsibilities
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Defines system scope, documents requirements, and develops, or modifies moderately complex information systems.
- Designs, encodes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs throughout the product life cycle.
- Acts as user liaison to resolve system issues and writes reports according to user or management requests.
- Consult with business users to identify current business operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
- Document business user processes and create specifications for coding systems or programs, including the data sources to be utilized.

- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience

- Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hybrid work schedule – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote environment
