Nexon America's Western Dev team is looking to expand its team with gameplay engineers for a new exciting project, the 'MapleStory Western Project', to enhance the MapleStory experience and ensure technical excellence.

- Proficient in C++ language
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain game features for MapleStory
- Collaborate with designers and artists to bring creative visions to life
- Optimize game performance and resolve bugs to ensure a seamless player experience.
Other
- 1+ years of experience as a software engineer in the online game development, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Passionate about MapleStory, with deep familiarity with its gameplay, history, and community
- Proficient in Korean
- We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model
