Requirements
- Knowledge of standard programming language such as SAS, C, C++, Python, or Java preferred
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools preferred
- Ability to concisely present and explain large amounts of information
- Ability to think analytically with great attention to detail
- Shown ability to follow complex instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Extract information from internal systems, industry reports, public information, field reports, and other data sources to identify correlations
- Conduct statistical analyses and randomized controlled trials
- Consume and consolidate large amounts of data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements
- Apply statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources
- Develop, analyze, and model operational, management, and other organizational data
- Quantify the competitive performance of business segments
- Evaluate potential operational changes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience in reporting and data analysis
- Minimum one year of related experience in reporting and data analysis
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Ability to work effectively with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
