CoStar Group is looking to improve the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of its HR data by hiring an Associate HR Data Analyst to lead data quality initiatives, conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and provide insights through reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in data integration and data governance practices, and familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Knowledge of basic SQL or other query languages.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Perform regular audits of HR data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Identify data issues and discrepancies and document them with clear explanations.
- Maintain data integrity by monitoring, tracking, and reporting on audit outcomes.
- Perform analysis of complex and voluminous workforce data from different variety of sources.
- Analyze and mine data from a variety of sources to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points.
- Perform queries and interpret business data requests to create efficient queries.
- Create HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
