Optimizing and troubleshooting the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) systems and applications at Adventist Health

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with coursework in human resources and information systems
  • HR system/application/data troubleshooting
  • Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Responsibilities

  • Investigates HRIS issues, documents findings, status and resolution
  • Runs proactive queries and relevant tests to diagnose system and data integrity issues
  • Provides HRIS systems support to HR functions
  • Prepares spreadsheets for large quantities of benefits, compensation, or timekeeping data
  • Assists with processing changes to the benefits plan and conducting a test cycle to ensure readiness for open enrollment
  • Supports absence management processes
  • Participates in testing applications and integrations

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree with coursework in human resources and information systems: Preferred
  • Must receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
  • Must participate in E-Verify
  • Must have ability to work increased hours during training and high volume cycles, as necessary
