Optimizing and troubleshooting the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) systems and applications at Adventist Health
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Bachelor's Degree with coursework in human resources and information systems
- HR system/application/data troubleshooting
- Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Responsibilities
- Investigates HRIS issues, documents findings, status and resolution
- Runs proactive queries and relevant tests to diagnose system and data integrity issues
- Provides HRIS systems support to HR functions
- Prepares spreadsheets for large quantities of benefits, compensation, or timekeeping data
- Assists with processing changes to the benefits plan and conducting a test cycle to ensure readiness for open enrollment
- Supports absence management processes
- Participates in testing applications and integrations
Other
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree with coursework in human resources and information systems: Preferred
- Must receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Must participate in E-Verify
- Must have ability to work increased hours during training and high volume cycles, as necessary
