The HRIS team is looking for an Associate, HRSD ServiceNow Developer to help with their HR Service Delivery platform.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow development, specifically HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
- Experience with ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services for integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications.
- Customize and maintain HRSD workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Integrate HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the HRSD platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for HRSD configurations and customizations.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of HRSD enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices.
