NAVEX is seeking an Associate Lead Product Designer to enhance their enterprise SaaS software solutions by improving user interfaces, conducting user research, and contributing to their design system, ultimately making the world a safer and more ethical place.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Experience with user research and testing platforms (User Interviews Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of information architecture principles
- Experience working with established design systems
- Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing (e.g., A/B testing, card sorts, tree tests)
- The ability to synthesize and analyze findings to distill actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
- Contribute to our design system
- Synthesize research findings and translate them into effective design solutions
- Contribute to and maintain design systems effectively
- Facilitate both moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions
Other
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS software product design. Emphasis in data visualization, dashboard and report design is preferred
- Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams
- Comfort in presenting research insights and design rationale to senior leaders
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, decision making and user experience design while leveraging NAVEX’s core values
- The starting pay range for this role is $115,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.
