Stryker is looking to improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and achieve its mission of making healthcare better by providing support to surgeons and helping them use Stryker's Mako robot.
Requirements
- Demonstrated aptitude in technical skills and technology systems and administrative procedures (e.g. ERP software, Office Suite, file processing and record management)
- Previous experience in a sales or technical product environment, preferably in the healthcare industry (preferred)
- Experience with medical technology (preferred)
- Knowledge of robotic-arm assisted surgery (preferred)
- Familiarity with Stryker's Mako robot (preferred)
- Experience with customer education and training (preferred)
- Experience with inventory management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to all end-users of Stryker's Mako robot
- Offer guidance and assistance during surgical procedures
- Resolve technical product and service issues as needed
- Provide customer education and ongoing in-services, such as assisting surgeons in pre-operative implant planning
- Ensure all cases are planned and reviewed with surgeons prior to scheduled surgeries
- Account for all inventory
- Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing colleagues to grow product utilization and increase volume with current and potential customers
Other
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Valid drivers' license with good driving record
- 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing colleagues
- Ability to build trusting partnerships with surgeons and hospital staff
