Stryker Corporation is looking to improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and achieve its mission of making healthcare better by providing support to surgeons and helping them use Stryker’s Mako robot.
Requirements
- Demonstrated aptitude in technical skills and technology systems and administrative procedures (e.g. ERP software, Office Suite, file processing and record management)
- Previous experience in a sales or technical product environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience with medical technology, preferably robotic-arm assisted surgery
- Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping
- Ability to learn new technology, specifically Stryker’s Mako robot
- Experience with customer education and training
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to all end-users of Stryker’s Mako robot
- Offer guidance and assistance during surgical procedures
- Resolve technical product and service issues as needed
- Provide customer education and ongoing in-services, such as assisting surgeons in pre-operative implant planning
- Ensure all cases are planned and reviewed with surgeons prior to scheduled surgeries
- Ensure all inventory is accounted for
- Act as a helpful source for all things related to the Mako robot

- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ license with good driving record
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
