To drive top-line and bottom-line sales growth by identifying key consumer insights, ideating new products, and launching new products and tests into the marketplace
Requirements
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills
- Relevant experience on well-established CPG products or in QSR/Restaurant industry
- BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitive food and beverage landscape, and new and emerging food trends to support the identification of new menu innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Product Development partners to generate new product ideas, write concepts and execute product test plans
- Partner with Coach, Consumer Insights and Product Development partners to produce product development briefs anchored in consumer learning and cultural trends to deliver against business objectives and brand goals
- Support test market calendar execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams from a variety of departments including Advertising, Food Innovation, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, Sales Analysis, Supply Chain, and Agency partners

- 4+ years industry experience preferred
