Stryker is looking to enhance its tradeshow program and customer event strategy to bring its brand and innovations to life on a national stage, driving visibility, growth, and customer connections for its Joint Replacement Division.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and managing tradeshows or large-scale events
- Experience leading tradeshows within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of tradeshows and customer events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Assess competitive insights and adjust tradeshow and event strategies, messaging and tactics to maximize market impact.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, as well as vendor and tradeshow association relationships, including coordinating cross-divisional alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event and marketing communication strategies that strengthen customer relationships and drive product adoption.
- Submit and manage sponsorship and medical education grants that support tradeshows and comply with corporate compliance policies.
- Track, measure, and analyze event and marketing performance, including ROI from tradeshows and customer engagement initiatives.
