Humana's Insurance Marketing Analytics team is focused on driving growth through data. The Associate, Acquisition Analytics will support analysis and reporting efforts that inform acquisition strategies and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with structured data and reporting tools.
- 1+ years experience in extracting and transforming data in SQL
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Exposure to acquisition marketing or campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Experience with data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics/CJA
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing acquisition campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support reporting and performance tracking across acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize targeting strategies.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in governance and compliance activities related to acquisition data.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
