Humana's Onboarding, Retention & Loyalty team is looking to enhance member onboarding, retention, and loyalty through data and strategy efforts, aiming to improve member satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Requirements
- Experience with structured data and reporting tools.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Exposure to onboarding or loyalty marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation.
- Experience with data visualization platforms
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and analyzing data related to onboarding and retention campaigns.
- Support reporting and performance tracking across loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize member experiences.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in governance and compliance activities related to member communications.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
