Humana's CenterWell pharmacy business needs to improve member engagement, optimize marketing campaigns, build predictive models, and enhance pharmacy services through advanced data analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with SQL, R, Python
- Experience and exposure to predictive modeling techniques (regressions, decision trees etc.)
- Familiarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, DID etc.)
- Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with Databricks
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance and member engagement within pharmacy programs
- Leverage reports and dashboards to track KPIs, insights and trends
- Support data validation and ensure accuracy across datasets
- Collaborate with pharmacy, marketing, and analytics teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Document methodologies and maintain data sources for repeatable analysis
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, causal inference)
- Develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retention
