Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives for the client
Requirements
- Strong eCommerce domain knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Strong background in Agile methodology, sprint ceremonies, and backlog management.
- Prior experience with Spryker platform.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, commerce, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Provide solution consulting for PHP-based eCommerce applications, ensuring alignment with client’s business goals.
- Design and validate system architecture, integrations, and workflows for eCommerce platforms.
- Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and demos with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.

- Proven experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and client consulting.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams across onsite-offshore delivery models.
