Requirements
- Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures
- Ability to read and understand 8130 documents
- Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Experience working with SAP
- Detail oriented, analytical mindset
Responsibilities
- Position is to provide support to the Quality Assurance Department for customer order verification, in compliance with Boeing procedures, Regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.) and customer requirements.
- Primary role will be to perform complete part inspections on customer orders, determine FAA approval type and part application.
- Complete 8130-3 and non-regulatory documentation (ATA 106). Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enter information in SAP and scan material in and out of QA.
- Documentation verification · Certs and reports · Parts and scanning · Additional task as directed by Supervisor · Complete part inspection on customer orders.
- Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance systems.
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Reviews rework dispositions. Assists in product reviews with internal customers during product or process verification.
