OneStream is looking to improve the daily workflows and overall experience of finance users working within enterprise software
Requirements
- Proficiency in an industry-standard design tool such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure
- Exposure to finance-related enterprise software or data-heavy applications
- Familiarity with design-thinking methodologies and usability testing practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-centered wireframes, user flows, interaction designs, visual design mock-ups, and prototypes
- Partner with researchers to learn more about users' needs and test and iterate on design concepts
- Participate in the planning process for new features and projects
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to solve business and customer needs and co-create solutions
- Bring project stakeholders along throughout the design process to build alignment; avoid “big reveal” moments
- Communicate and persuade through presentations of designs; effectively present product design mock-ups to align stakeholders on a direction
- Contribute to the evolving design system
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and logically
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Limited travel required
