Lakeshore is seeking an Associate Product Developer to manage the end-to-end ideation, development, and launch of educational furniture products, aiming to improve efficiency and ensure the best tools for their work.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and sales data to inform development of future products
- End-to-end ideation, development and launch of educational products.
- Ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, with a focus on attention to detail, whilst taking active steps to move product forward and meet deadline
- Providing clear direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and our Asia team to ensure successful execution of products
- Conducting market research and gathering customer insights to inform product development decisions
- Spokesperson for projects, approve product images, copy and aid in launch presentations to sales team
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in education
- Experience teaching in the classroom and/or product development
- Highly detail-oriented, hardworking and professional personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, a team mentality and outcome orientation
- Ability to thrive in an atmosphere with multiple overlapping deadlines
- Experience presenting projects to leadership
