Alo Yoga is looking for an Associate Product Developer, Seamless to support the seamless division in developing elevated studio to street styles, ensuring garments meet the highest standards of quality, construction, and cost.
Requirements
- knowledge of seamless garment construction
- Thorough understanding of testing protocol, product integrity requirements, product cycle timeline and garment construction
- Proficiency with PLM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & Outlook
Responsibilities
- Support the seamless & cut and sew development process from concept through production, ensuring garments meet the highest standards of quality, construction and cost
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to maintain the integrity of each piece from prototype to final product
- Leverage vendor relationships to negotiate costs, MOQs, and timelines
- Manage style level vendor allocation and seasonal WIPs
- Maintain PLM system : General Style page, BOM (Bill Of Material) and Cost Sheets
- Analyze costing data, deep dive into cost sheets to ensure margin goals are met
- Work with on-site PLM Developers on system advancements
