ACA Group is seeking a Junior Data & Technology Specialist to support their data operations and technology initiatives, assisting with data collection, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and basic technical tasks.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of coding, databases, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, C-Sharp/.NET, or other data-related tools is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from various sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Help maintain data integrity and ensure consistent data standards.
- Support technical troubleshooting and documentation of systems.
- Assist in automating routine data tasks using scripts or tools.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new data tools or platforms.

- This role is located in Rutherford, NJ and you will be expected to go into the office 1 day per week
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
