Pyrotek is seeking an Associate Product Manager to partner with Global Product Managers to create and execute strategies that increase product profitability, expand market reach, and deliver value-driven solutions to customers around the world.
Requirements
- Experience with programming and/or CAD software and familiarity with laboratory equipment, instruments and test methods, a plus!
- Comfort with CAD software, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead market and product research to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Manage select product lines—improving revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate product trials, projects, and technology transfers from concept to completion - project management.
- Support technical inquiries, vendor relations, and global marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with Global Product Managers to develop strategies and execute initiatives that drive growth.
- Deliver impactful presentations internally and at global technical conferences and trade shows.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) to connect with customers, manufacturing sites, and technical teams.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills—both written and verbal.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
- Exhibit flexibility in work schedule to perform beyond a normal workday, on some occasions. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, by land and air, up to 20%. Valid U.S. Passport or ability to obtain.
