Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
- Experience with product launches and product management in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in portfolio marketing.
- Proven ability to support the development and implementation of marketing plans across different geographies and customer types.
- Technical aptitude or experience in a clinical environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with high-performing sales teams is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing existing market trends and emerging market opportunities.
- Support the monitoring of competitive activities and contribute to regional competitive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Aid in planning and executing activities related to product launches, including pre-market evaluations, sample management, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with KOLs and sales team members to gather insights for new product development.
- Contribute to the development of product marketing strategies, including targeting and positioning for new products.
- Ensure customer-facing materials receive necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders.
- Support project management tasks including resourcing, timelines, and budget tracking.
Other
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in product management, downstream marketing, sales, or a technical role within the medical device field (or equivalent experience).
