Global Payments is looking to solve cumbersome yet critical workflows for property managers and associations by simplifying them through Zego, a property management automation company. The Associate Product Manager will help build and improve products and services to increase profitability, advance business objectives, and meet client needs in the property technology landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in PropTech - the use of technology and digital innovations in the real estate industry
- Experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role
- Software or IT background (i.e., degree or experience)
- Direct experience with doing software development, testing and/or business analysis
- Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology
Responsibilities
- Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s)
- Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams
- Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch
- Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements
- Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts
- Create operational process and workflow documentation
- Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness
Other
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States (or (applicable country) on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
